Uses a tel URI. Scanning may open a dialer; the user chooses whether to call. QR generation runs locally; entered details are not saved or uploaded. Codes use medium error correction and a four-module quiet zone. Always test the downloaded code with your intended scanner before sharing. Encoded content is limited to 1,200 UTF-8 bytes.
