The destination is encoded directly. Links are not checked or shortened; updating a destination requires generating a new code. QR generation runs locally; entered details are not saved or uploaded. Codes use medium error correction and a four-module quiet zone. Always test the downloaded code with your intended scanner before sharing. Encoded content is limited to 1,200 UTF-8 bytes.
