Choose focus and break lengths, sessions and a long-break frequency. Start, pause or reset. Sessions progress automatically; the final focus session ends the plan.

Keep the page open. Device sleep or browser suspension can delay alerts. Sound requires a user interaction and an unmuted device. No background notifications or cross-device synchronization.
