Enter the original and new percentages without a percent symbol. Moving from 20% to 25% is an increase of 5 percentage points and a relative increase of 25%.
Good to know
Percentage-point difference is new minus original. Relative change divides that difference by the original percentage and is undefined when the original is zero. Signed percentages are accepted within ±1 trillion. Results use 12 significant digits.
