ToolBeetle HEIC decoder: derived from heic-to 1.6.5, LGPL-3.0.
Unmodified libheif-without-unsafe-eval.js is bundled as a separately replaceable worker.
Our worker checks decoded dimensions before allocating ImageData. Our UI is separate.
